Building connection, confidence, and understanding.
Supporting a neurodivergent child or teen can come with a lot of questions, uncertainty, and conflicting advice. Sometimes you just need a space to slow down, sort through what's feeling stuck, and make sense of what's actually happening.
Family & Parent Coaching gives you a space to step back, look at what's happening with curiosity, identify patterns, and develop practical strategies that fit your child and your family.
My coaching is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, strength-based approach that recognizes that energy fluctuates, life is unpredictable, and sustainable support looks different for every person.
Depending on what your family needs, we might explore:
Understanding your child's needs, strengths and patterns
Making sense of overwhelm, shutdown, avoidance, or challenging moments
Looking at behaviour and communication through a neurodiversity-affirming lens
Finding practical strategies for routines, transitions, expectations, and everyday friction
Supporting regulation, connection, and communication
Understanding and working with fluctuating capacity
Navigating school and advocating for your child's needs
Building your confidence in knowing what to try next
Finding ways to support your child without losing yourself in the process
You don't need to arrive with a clear plan or know exactly what you need.
We can start wherever you are and work together to sort through what's happening, identify what feels stuck, and find practical next steps that fit your real life, energy, and capacity.
Sessions can be parent/caregiver-only or collaborative parent + child sessions, depending on what would be most helpful.
The goal isn't to “fix” your child or make your family fit someone else's idea of how things should work.
It's to build understanding, reduce friction, and help you feel more confident supporting and advocating for your child.
