This isn't about becoming more productive or squeezing more into your day.
It's about reducing friction.
Together we'll explore what's making everyday life feel harder than it needs to, notice what's already working, and build flexible systems that support you - even when capacity changes.
My coaching is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, strength-based approach that recognizes that energy fluctuates, life is unpredictable, and sustainable support looks different for every person.
Rather than trying to "fix" you, we'll work with your brain.
Together, we might explore:
Understanding your energy patterns and fluctuating capacity
Creating realistic rhythms for work, home, and everyday life
Reducing decision fatigue and overwhelm
Identifying friction between competing responsibilities
Building systems that feel supportive rather than exhausting
Setting boundaries and communicating your needs
Finding ways to work with changing capacity
Reflecting, adjusting, and refining as life changes
Capacity by Design is a four-month coaching program that begins with a 90-minute Deep Dive.
The Deep Dive gives us space to step back and look at the bigger picture: what's working, what's creating friction, where your energy and capacity are going, and what you want to change.
From there, we'll meet for six 50-minute coaching sessions to experiment, reflect, adjust, and build practical supports that work in your real life.
1 × 90-minute Deep Dive
6 × 50-minute coaching sessions
Email support between sessions
